	LAGER - Coopers Lager is produced using the finest Australian premium malted barley and Tasmanian Hops. When fermented these ingredients combine to produce a full-bodied Australian Lager that is distinctive and refreshing to the taste. Color (°SRM) - 4.5 pH - 4.1 IBU - 21		DRAUGHT - A full and flavorsome beer displaying a clean crisp taste with a subtle "bitter" flavor. 	REAL ALE - Real Ale displays a solid head and a distinctive, full bodied flavor, enhanced by a soft fruity character. A true ale in style and color. 	BITTER - Styled in the old-English tradition, Coopers Bitter is made using aromatic hops and more malt than other beers. Darker in color than lager style beers, its strong refreshing flavor has made it a popular choice among those who appreciate the quality of this ruby colored traditional beer. Color (°SRM) - 15.2 pH - 4.2 IBU - 32		CLASSIC OLD DARK - Classic Old Dark is produced from the selection of superior roasted malts, which are produced from the finest South Australian two-row barley. BAVARIAN LAGER - Straw colour with golden hues and a lacy white head. Slightly sulphur nose (dissipates with further bottle conditioning-'lager' means 'to store'), light in body and a subtle hint of malt, appropriate bitterness promotes a clean finish. A true European style lager.

	INDIA PALE ALE - Originated at Burton-on-Trent to be shipped out to India, Africa and the Colonies. The full-strength flavor of this beer is the result of traditional, prolonged mashing time. Its balancing hop bite and malty fullness give it a special zest!
